Database workshops have begun this week with three already taking place in the North Island in the last two days and one more to go tonight in Auckland at the Sports House, North Harbour.
Next week the workshops will continue with two more being held in the South Island.
Dates and locations for these are:
Wednesday 4 June – 6.30pm
Moana Pool, Littlebourne Road
Dunedin
Thursday 5 June – 6pm
Christ College, Rolleston Avenue
Christchurch
These workshops are an important part of the rollout of the new database and provide an opportunity for regional and club administrators to become familiar with the new system.
Thank you to all those who have already attended workshops for your participation and feedback.
If you have not attended a workshop or will not be able to attend we will have online workshops. Please register your interest for online workshops with keegan@swimmingnz.org.nz.
With logins now being distributed for the new database please make sure you are using the new system and not Zeus as we plan to discontinue the use of Zeus come the end of next week.
The development of the new website is also tracking along at pace, including progress with new the regional and club websites. Keep an eye out in the next couple of weeks as we look to share more details and images of these new sites.
