Swimming competitions rely on Technical Officials to provide the support and technical information to allow a competition to be held.
Technical Official roles at National level include Inspector of Turns, Starter and Referee, and there are full role descriptions in the Technical Official Guide.
These roles are important at local, regional and national competitions as well as international competitions.
