Workshops for the new database begin next week in four locations in the North Island with workshops for the South Island to be held the following week.
The workshops will offer a chance for all regional and club administrators to get familiar with the new system and ask questions face to face.
Invitations are currently being sent to clubs to attend a workshop but if you don’t receive one and will be an active user of the system for your club or region please email kent@swimmingnz.org.nz to confirm your attendance at one of the below workshops by the end of business Tuesday 27 May.
This week all regional administrators have been given logins for the new database to begin getting a feel for the new system ahead of the upcoming workshops.
In the coming weeks all club administrators will also be given logins to begin testing and using the new platform.
Dates and locations for next week’s workshops are:
Thursday 29 May
10am - Pelorus Trust Sport House, Lower Hutt
6.30pm – Rotorua Aquatics Club, Rotorua
Friday 30 May
10am – Perry House, Hamilton
6.30pm – Sports House, North Harbour, Auckland
Dates and locations for the South Island workshops will be circulated next week.
Online workshops will also be available for those who are not able to attend the face to face workshops. Please register your interest for taking part in an online workshop with keegan@swimmingnz.org.nz
