Progress for the new database system is well underway with a design and layout that not only looks good but will be easy to navigate and use.
As well as making sure all the relevant information and data is included in the new database we are aiming to make this system as user friendly as possible for all members, clubs and regions to be able to update and access information.
The database will include a great amount of information when accessing a member’s page. At the top of the page there is a quick overview of the members profile while below this you will be able to find a profile on the member, including details of their membership, club and contact details.
There is also the ability to access additional information such as qualifications and biometrics depending on the member.
While all this information will be able to be stored on the new database there will be controlled permissions so only the necessary people that need to view and update any members data will have access to that member’s page.
