The SNZ HP National Age Group Programme is a great opportunity for our selected age group swimmers and coaches to prepare themselves for national senior teams. The camps include developing strong training programmes, skills and technique and training ethics as well as educating the coaches about long term athlete development whilst creating an enjoyable training environment and team culture.
