Swimming New Zealand is pleased to announce that Dylan Dunlop-Barret has been appointed to the Selection Panel.
The former Olympic Games swimmer brings experience from his own time as a competitive swimmer with a sound knowledge of the high performance sport environment.
After spending several years as an integral member of the high performance squad his achievements also include competing at a world championship, Commonwealth Games and being a New Zealand record holder.
Dunlop-Barrett joins current selectors John West and Mark Saunders, responsible for the selection of all international swimming teams.
The former Taranaki athlete, who competed in the 2012 Olympics in London, is currently working in the swim coaching industry in Auckland while completing a Bachelor of Business Studies.
