A number of education courses offered by Swimming New Zealand are now available to attend online via Skype.
The online option is a great way for more people interested in aquatic education to be able to become qualified swim teachers or upskill their knowledge.
Inclusion for all those who attend the interactive courses is a big aim for our tutors. You will be part of discussions, group activities and course work.
You will also have your regional Education Advisor available to assist you with the practical pool session and in completing your course.
Already participants from the Solomon Islands have attended and completed the Swimming New Zealand Swim Teacher Award as have other participants from around New Zealand.
The education team are trained in adult education and understand how to present a professional course to participants both in the classroom and online.
