Coaches Report

We've had some great feedback on the relationship with Athlete's House and will look to continue with the Indoor Academy over Term 3. The Outdoor Academy also had great feedback but with Kelsi free after the LTS 5&6 were cancelled she can now take land sessions for the younger ones. It also allows more of our seniors to move to the Indoor Academy. (Since the IA is paying a fee to AH, would we make this group pay a small fee as well?)
I'm still keen on getting some funding for the IA group. The price is worth it, but still pretty steep when adding it on to our current fees. It could price kids out from what would be an extremely important part of their development.
I have applied for the next generation coaching program. Only a few coaches are selected nation-wide and all selected coaches will spend a week with a carded coach. This would be extremely beneficial for me as it's the one area of coaching development I've been lacking.
