In accordance with clause of 15 of the constitution of Swimming New Zealand, amended notice is given of the 2013 Annual General Meeting.
Date and time: Sunday, 29th September 2013 beginning at 1:15pm
Location: Brentwood Hotel, 16 Kemp Street, Kilbirnie, Wellington
The Agenda for the meeting and any papers to be presented will be distributed no later than Friday 13th September.
Your attention is drawn to clause 15.3 of the constitution. Any item of business to be considered at the meeting will need to be notified to Swimming New Zealand (mark@swimmingnz.org.nz) by 5.00pm Friday, 6th September 2013 and will need to be supported by not less than one third of the Regional Associations. That will require the support of 5 or more Associations.
