A fantastic and highly successful weekend for FAST. Many thanks to our Coaches, Ria, Roland and Meg, you were fabulous as always.
Thank you also to all our parents who officiated and congratulations to Grant Weck who qualified as a timekeeper.
FAST, with 68%, had one of the highest pb rates at the meet, and one of the lowest dq rates. The holiday training clearly paid off.
Our 100% pb’ers this meet were: Jessica, Calee, Libby, Charlise, James and Olivia. Excellent swimming.

Matthew – 1 gold, 4 silvers, 2 bronze Olivia – 1 gold, 1 silver, 2 bronze
Leon – 1 gold, 1 bronze Libby – 3 silver, 2 bronze
James – 2 bronze Ethan – 2 bronze
Calee – 1 bronze Arun – 1 bronze
Our medley relay team of Leon, Leah, Matthew and Ernestine won a bronze and our freestyle relay team of Mikaela, Spencer, Ethan and Libby won a silver.
We had loads of new qualifiers and qualifying times as follows:
Auckland Juniors
We have two new qualifiers, Calee in the 100 back and Charlise in the 50 and 100 breast, congratulations girls.
Jessica added the 50 and 100 free and 50 fly to her swims, Ernestine the 200 back. Leon added the 400IM and 100 free and Mikaela added the 200 back.
NAGS
Well done to Libby who is newly qualified for NAGs in the 50 breast and 200IM.
All our swimmers were outstanding at the weekend, we are very proud of you all and we are very grateful to our wonderful Coaches, you are amazing!
