New Zealand swimmers head across the Tasman

Eighty-six New Zealand swimmers from 33 clubs are heading across the Tasman this month for significant championship events in Melbourne and Brisbane.

Thirty-nine swimmers from 12 clubs will compete in the Victorian Age Championships at the outdoor pool at the Melbourne Sports and Aquatic Centre near St Kilda, a monster championships that has attracted over 5,000 event entries for the six-day meet from 10-15 December.

Forty-seven swimmers from 21 clubs are venturing to Brisbane for the Queensland Championships at the Sleeman Sports Complex from 10-16 December which has attracted high quality entry.
