Wellington’s Andrew Crawford has recently been recognised for his top work in developing the staff at his swim school.
Andrew, who works at Easyswim Swim School, received his Swimming New Zealand Train the Trainer Award earlier this month after completing the course and impressing with his consistent and quality training of staff at the swim school.
His final assessment demonstrated a training session that was well planned and organised and saw the trainee participants actively engaging in the session.
Andrew is also a Swimming New Zealand Swim Teacher Award course tutor. Well done Andrew – keep up the great work!
The Swimming New Zealand Train the Trainer Course is a great opportunity for senior swim teachers, pool deck supervisors, program coordinators and swim school managers to develop skills and understanding in effective training processes for staff.
