Well done to all our swimmers at the weekend. This was FAST’s best ever performance at Counties Age Group Champs.
Thank you so much Ria and Roland for your coaching and tireless enthusiasm, the children couldn’t do it without you.
Thank you too, to all our parents for timekeeping and IOTing and a special thanks to those who stepped up to do extra duties when the call came out.
We had our best ever medal haul, 105, over double from last year, and twice as many swimmers received medals compared with 2016. An absolutely fantastic result.
Our relay teams also doubled last year’s results winning 6 medals.

A huge congratulations to Lily and Olivia who have qualified for the Junior Festival getting the 200IM time at the weekend.
Lily has also added the 100 free, 200 free and 50 fly times while Olivia has added the 50 back to her times. Ethan has added the 100 breast to his times; Ryan the 100 back; James the 50 fly and Leah the 200 Free.
For Div II, Alexander has added the 200 breast to his times and Keegan the 50 and 200 fly.
