Join
Membership is considered by the Coach and Committee members and is affected by squad lane space. Swimmer ability will be assessed by the coach to identify the correct training squad
By arrangement in advance, swimmers may participate in up to 2 complementary training sessions.

When the coach has assessed your child's swimming ability and you are ready to join the club, please use the JOIN NOW button.
Swimming New Zealand Database
All swimmers must be registered with Swimming New Zealand and they are registered upon joining.
A registration number will be generated that is unique to the swimmer and is used as identification for every meet.
Example: WHGASJA010290
WHG - Club = Whangarei
SJA - Name = Smith, John Andrew (Z if no second name)
010290 - DOB = 6 digit birthday, in order of day, month, year
You will be sent a login access upon payment of the SNZ fee and have access from there to enter meets and manage your contact details.
Transfer
From time to time, our swimmers choose to change swimming clubs or move regions.
The procedure to follow to implement this transfer is;
1. The swimmer’s family must make contact with the proposed NEW Club to confirm that they have the capability to accept the swimmer.
2. The swimmer’s family must then advise both their Coach and the WASC Secretary of their intention to change Clubs and the last day of training. This may be done via email.
3. Member then logs into the Swimming New Zealand database to initiate the online transfer request.
The current club, new club, and regional administrators must approve the transfer.
WASC will approve transfers upon receipt of all loaned uniform, issued trophies and Treasurer confirmation of up to date payments.
