Auckland Swimming Executive Officer Brian Palmer has resigned after four years of service. Brian’s resignation will be effective after the Christmas closedown period.
The Board of Auckland Swimming will be making an interim appointment of a caretaker Acting Executive Officer which will see the Association through its important transition associated with the adoption of the new Regional Constitution. Further announcements will be made in due course.
The office of Auckland Swimming continues to operate as usual. The office will be closing for the Christmas period beginning Friday 20th December 2013 and re-opening on Monday 6th January 2014. Brian and Hayley Palmer will be providing skeleton support over the summer break period.
Swimming New Zealand would like to thank Brian for his contribution to swimming in New Zealand over the last four years.
