Learn to swim locally in Featherston’s Community pool.
We have five different swimming levels right from beginners. Once a swimmer is competent in freestyle and able to swim 25m they are able to join our club swimmers.
Swimming lessons run on a Tuesday and Thursday evening from 5:30pm once the pool opens for the year for approximately 4 weeks. We then have a break over the Christmas holidays before starting back late January for approximately 5 weeks.
The fee for the 2017/18 swim season is $50 per child. For families with more than 3 children enrolled in swimming lessons we offer half price swimming lessons for the third child. We require all swimmers to have a swimming cap as well, these are available to purchase from the club for $10 each.
Registration for each swimming session occurs late November and will be advertised on this site and on our Facebook page.
