Leaving and Rejoining

If a swimmer takes a break from training, between or during seasons this must be discussed with the coach . There are no guarantees that a swimmer will return into to the same squad they vacated as each squad has limited space and the club will continue to intake and move new members between squads. If a swimmer wishes to retain their place within the squad they need to pay fees as usual until they return. In this instance their place in the squad will be held for them.

Club Transfers and Resignations

All transfers require club and regional approval which is given provided fees are up-to-date, and any club issued trophies and uniform have been returned. Transfers are requested by the swimmer via the My Member portal on the Swimming NZ website.

Please ensure the coach is informed of you intend to leave before you request an online transfer.

Committee members must provide one months notice in writing to the Club Secretary.
