The Carterton Swimming Club was founded in October 1911 Carterton. It is the only indoor swimming pool in the South Wairarapa, built some 30 years ago by an active membership and community. This is a fantastic community asset that needs regular maintenance.
We are commencing the process to rejuvenate/upgrade the pool right now - having registered as a Charitable Trust - the thinking has commenced - come and join the team and put the Carterton pool back on the map. News season begins on 1 July, call in and have a chat..
