- Check the clubs wall regularly for new swim carnivals
- Check with your childs coach on which races your child should be swimming
- Club entry forms are behind the white noticeboard, all others can be found on the website.
- Complete one entry form per swimmer/swim meet with name, events, distances, name of swim carnival - put into an envelope, place envelope in locker no. 79 poolside. Entries can also be emailed to pscrecorder@gmail.com
- Entries to be in by PSC Club close off date. They must be accompanied by the correct entry fees. NO ENTRY FEES = NO ENTRY
- Under no circumstances are swimmers to enter directly with the hosting club - all entries are processed by the club recorder.
- It is the responsibility of all swimmers to check their entries before attending meets from the psych sheets on the host clubs website.
- The officials co-ordinator will maintain a roster & advise families when they are rostered on to assist swim carnivals. Check the club website for the list.
