Swimming New Zealand is committed to delivering world class training courses for swim teachers enabling them to achieve recognised qualifications within New Zealand.
Swimming New Zealand accepts that other swim teacher training and qualifications of a similar standard are available around the world. For this reason Swimming New Zealand has a process to recognise prior learning.
To apply for recognition of prior learning the following minimum criteria apply:
Swim teachers may apply to Swimming New Zealand (SNZ) to have other swim teacher qualifications recognised.
