Welcome to the Carterton Swimming Club, we are located across from the Carterton railway station in Pembroke St. We have a three lane indoor pool, and offer a unique environment for all levels of swimmer, although we do try to set that spark for competition. Swimmers learn the mechanics of early competition and begin setting themselves personal best times (PB's) over the four swim strokes, once they have conquered that we challenge them in distance racing from 25 Meters to 5 Kilometres and then combine events through individual medleys where they complete all four strokes in once race. Basically we want our swimmers to have fun, gain confidence, get fit, swim faster and be life long swimmers..
