Our History
The Mangere Swimming Club was formed in 2001. The then Manukau City Councillors James Papalii, John Kerr and Bill Kirk pushed for the establishment of the current indoor pool.
The Mangere Swimming Club was formed in that time and over the years the club has produced some exceptional results in Competition Swimming.
The Mangere Swimming Club is based at the Moana-Nui-a-Kiwa Leisure Centre where our Headquarters and swimming activity’s occur.
