Innovation and technology for Swim Rotorua swimmers with our new GoPro camera giving our head coach another tool for his coaching toolbox. Swimmers can now have their underwater stroke work filmed with real time analysis and feedback pooldeck with Alastair, as here with our junior swimmers. The videos can be uploaded by swimmers to their phones or pads for review in the light of Alastair's instructions for ongoing improvement
