Availability for 2017 events will be available from 1st October 2016.


Your personal information on your 'My Page' must be up to date. Please check this regularly as the information contained will be used by SNZ Staff for your contact information.


Instructions


Log on to your My Page account and declare your availability for each identified International event for 2017.  Please note - do not tick everything, only the events you are actually aiming for.


What else do I need to know?


A scanned copy of your passport must be emailed to the HP Team as shown during the process. You will also need to tick a declaration about the SNZ Code of Conduct. If you are under 18 then your parents will need to tick on behalf of you and you will declare that at the time of submitting the form.

Open Water


OW availability was in paper format in 2016. For 2017 and beyond the process will be online and the same as noted above from 1st October 2016.If you have any questions about this process please email Amanda White, HP Operations Manager amanda@swimming.org.nz

 

Background Information from early 2016.

Changes to the Swimmer and Coach Availability declaration for International event selection that occured in early 2016


Previously Swimming New Zealand had requested swimmers declare themselves available for International swim meet selection prior to the qualification meet via submission of a form to the High Performance Team.


All members of SNZ have their own members portal, MyPage . You will need to use this in order to declare your availability for 2016 and beyond. If you do not currently use this or are unsure of your login then please first contact your club or contact kirsty@swimming.org.nz. You can access your MyPage a number of ways; by going to swimming.org.nz and choosing the ‘Members MyPage’ option from the landing page, from in the main website under the Members Resources tab or by going to mypage.swimming.org.nz. Once you are in your 'Portal' you will now see the 'Availability' Icon which has been added on the far right hand side.
