Payment of Travel Costs
As you are aware you need to budget $100.00 per day per swimmer for away meets. It is imperative that once you have entered your child, or if you are a swimmer and have entered yourself, that at the same time you must deposit the equivalent funds to your Jasi Account. This will make you eligible to receive a portion of any funding.
If the money has not been deposited at this time, then when the club receives money for funding of the meet from the various charities, which is divided up for the swimmers attending, then no funding money will go to your swimmer.
Jasi does not have the financial reserves to pay for travel costs before the swimmer has paid their contribution.
