At Club Night, medals are awarded when the following goals are first achieved. No time standards apply to both Bronze & Silver medals, however, all competitive swimming rules apply. Only one Medal can be achieved per Club Night. All LTS level 5 swimmers and above are stronly encouraged to give it a go!
BRONZE Medal- Competent completion of 25 m Freestyle, 25 m Backstroke, & 25 m Breaststroke on the same night.
SILVER Medal – Competent completion of 100 IM.
GOLD Medal – Competent completion of 200 m Freestyle under 3:45:00 (as set by the Head Coach).
