The start of something extraordinary

Club swimmers share their skills at SNZ course

Swimmers from local clubs in Wellington have been doing their bit to help in a recent Swimming New Zealand School Age and Adult course.

Staff from EasySwim Swim School attended the course which consisted of both theory and practical based components in teaching both school age children and adults.

To assist with teaching some of the course four swimmers from Tawa Swimming Club and Porirua City Aquatics were on hand to display skills in each of the four strokes.

The course attendees were also able to practise drills with the swimmers and see how everything fits together in the development of each stroke.

EasySwim Swim School has a strong connection with swim clubs in the area and consistently feeds swimmers to local clubs including three of the four swimmers that were assisting at the course.

The four club swimmers were each awarded with a Swimming New Zealand participation certificate for their efforts.
