There were some very excited and lucky swimmers and their parents last Friday when Lauren Boyle paid FAST a visit.
Following her success at NZ Opens, Lauren came out to Patumahoe to give the children an inspirational talk on her career and gave them many tips and advice on how to improve in training and on Competition day.
After the talk, the swimmers spent an hour in the pool with Lauren where she coached the children and showed them several of her training drills.
