In 2015, during the 16th FINA World Championships, the stadium will host swimming and synchronised swimming events. Two temporary 50-metre-long pools will be set up on the football pitch: one for competitions and one for practices. Both temporary pools will be installed in collaboration with Myrtha Pools, the Official FINA Pool Partner, and will fully comply with the FINA requirements. It will have a seating capacity of 11,000.
