Lausanne (SUI), May 8, 2015 - The 2015 edition of the FINA Swimming World Cup will be highlighted by a main novelty: all the eight meets of the competition will be held in 50m-pools.
Lausanne (SUI), May 3, 2015 - The fourth leg of the FINA/HOSA 10km Marathon Swimming World Cup 2015 was held yesterday on May 2 in Cozumel (MEX) with 143 swimmers (74 men and 69 women) taking the departure. For some of the countries taking part in this race, Cozumel was considered as a qualifying event for the FINA World Championships in Kazan (RUS) which will be held from July 24-August 9.
Lausanne (SUI), April 28, 2015 - With the occasion of the preparation of the FINA World Championships and FINA World Masters Championships to be held this summer in Kazan (Tatarstan, Russia), a meeting was organised on April 25, 2015 with the presence of the chairman of the FINA Doping Control Review Board, Prof. Andrew Pipe, the chairman of the FINA Sports Medicine Committee, Prof. Cees-Rein van den Hoogenband, the representatives from Kazan 2015 Organising Committee, the Russian Anti-Doping Agency (RUSADA) and the WADA-accredited laboratory of Moscow.

Maglione were in Lausanne on April 16 to sign the official host city agreement between FINA and the city of Budapest, Hungary, the host city of the FINA World Championships and World Masters Championships in 2017.
